On Location Filming Rates (With Interview Setup)

These rates apply to off-site filming productions and include full interview setup. Rates are all-inclusive mileage and standard on-site production expenses.

Digital Background Filming Rates

These rates are for filming utilizing the digital backdrop studio room.

Event Support

The rate for Main Event Support Person is $35 hourly, with a half-day minimum commitment of 5 hours ($175).

  • On-site client support
  • A/V troubleshooting
  • Event Setup
  • Post event space reset
  • General studio support requests
  • Studio content pickup + $100 daily

General Studio Support Scheduled

Scheduled general studio support services are billed at $30 hourly. This includes:

  • Maintenance
  • Touchups
  • DIT
  • Vendor support

Emergency Studio Support

Emergency support requested within a 2-hour window is billed at $50 hourly, with a 2 hour minimum billed.

Examples of emergency support include:

  • Alarm resets
  • Checking in on studio security
  • etc…
